Applied via Linkedin and Shopee's career portal. It took less than a week before they reached out to me. However, some friends did warn me of their slow and inefficient process and I was surprised by this quick response. Some friends interviewed for Engineering-related positions and were asked a lot of questions yet HR never got back to them despite the company showing interest. This happened to me as well, when the HR personnel was recommending me for another role apart from the one I applied for but I didn't receive any updates on the other role's JD. I emailed them a week later and only received a reply 3-4 days later, saying that they decided not to proceed in the end. Perhaps they could work on not misleading candidates and informing candidates on the outcome after the interview.

Overall 4/5 HM very caring and polite I though the question would be harder but suprrisingly easy. Got question like what do you see yourself in 5 years. What is the strength and what area do you think you need to improve
