I though the question would be harder but suprrisingly easy.

What is the strength and what area do you think you need to improve
Phone interview to Zoom Interview. Pleasant process with updating of status from time to time. Good process. Relevant questions asked to the job. Situation based questions will be ask to test on your experience.
