The overall interview process with Shopee Philippines’ Marketing team is substandard and unprofessional. The HR assigned to me lacked focus and proper management of requirements and schedules. The application process was messed up and my 2nd level hiring manager interview schedule was mixed up, both of which could have affected my chances of being hired. Lastly, I was informed of my rejection via a no-reply email. No email from HR.
