Employee referral does go a long way for you to land an interview here after you send your resume. I imagine they receive a lot of resumes so I suggest you make use of your network and have yourself referred by someone inside the company if you really want to land that interview. I had 4 interviews - first from HR, then the next 3 were with their business leaders depending on which team/dept u’re applying . Note that you cannot proceed to the next interviewer if you failed the previous one so treat each stage as if it’s your last and give ur best. Interval time between interviews was roughly one week so make sure you professionally follow-up your HR contact for any updates but don’t be too makulit if you know what i mean. The interview with HR was pretty much the hardest for me because you have to really convince them not just how fit you are for the job but that you are the best for it. Prepare a brief and concise work experience - especially your previous projects/achievements that are relevant to the role you’re applying, and make sure to provide quantitative results for plus points (i think!). The subsequent interviews with the business leaders were the technical ones, so I think you can only prepare so much for this. Just make sure you’re quick on your feet because in my case i remember having to solve a business case for 2mins. Pretty much they want to know your train of thought so organize first your thoughts in delivering your answers. Remember. You can do this!
