Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who said she found my experience relevant even though I had not done PM. I explained that to her which she said is ok. I went through three rounds of interview:
- with a current PM who the position will work with directly. Very positive experience
- with the team lead. Positive experience too
- with a bigger team lead. Failed because (presumably) I mentioned I value work-life balance

What are your biggest flaws (I was asked this question three times which made me run out of my pre-prepared answers)
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

Entrevista
The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
