Entrevista
Went through 4 rounds of interview - 1st round with HR, 2nd round with hiring manager, 3rd and 4th with business leaders.
The 2nd interview was awful. The hiring manager was very unprofessional in many ways:
- He was late for the interview
- His demeanor was hostile and unwelcoming, which made for a nerve-wrecking 1 hour
- He asked (IMO) outdated and elitist interview questions like "what do you think made Shopee so successful" instead of questions like "how do you think you can contribute to the role"
- While giving my response, he was visibly distracted more than half the time, talking to someone else in the background. (The interview was conducted virtually and the hiring manager was working from home. From the video feed I could see that he was talking to and laughing with someone else in the house, clearly not paying attention to the interview.)
The subsequent rounds were better and more professional, though the 3rd round interview was difficult due to a case study.
I was offered the role and accepted it, despite the negative interview experience. Working with the hiring manager however proved to be difficult and challenging. It was common for people to be shouting/raising their voices at others during video call meetings.

It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice

Intern was quite chill and asked about myself and how I would deal in a difficult situation, afterwards it was up to me to ask any questions for the company
Smooth, fast and signed contract within less than 2 weeks from start process. Start with call with HR, schedule interview with team, and they may include tests if need be
