Overall process was quite smooth.
Overall recruitment process: HR interview, psikotest, excel test, user interview, background check, offering. Took around 2-3 weeks of the overall process. Each interview took 20-30 minutes.

Describe last job responsibilities and how can you contribute to the new role
HR is very friendly and professional, quick replies when I had difficulty accessing the portals to the interviews. However, had a feeling the I wasn’t suitable for the role during the User interview, and I was right. Ghosted me right after which is normal, but would be nice if I had gotten a clear rejection.

got into second interview with user and it was fully in english. did not pass the user interview for that department, but the HR scheduled second interview with another user (same department, different category)

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial interview, followed by an HR interview, and then an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience during the HR stage. The HR interviewer did not attend the scheduled call, and I had to follow up via email just to proceed with the interview. It was then postponed again due to technical issues on her end. After the interview, I was informed that I would be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager, but I never received any further communication.
