After applying, the HR will call u for a short talk to see if you r still interested. They will then set up a short call with you to find out more about you. May suggest others roles that are currently available. After the call, they will arrange for the official interview. During the interview, i was asked to pitch about shopee to the interviewer in chinese so that they have a rough gauge of your chinese level. Got the offer after the interview
