One call with HR, and then one with direct manager. HR asked basic questions, while manager displayed a table with numbers and asked me for my insights. Overall a straightforward process with not much steps.
Took very long to get a response from HR. However, HR team is accommodating about interview timing. The person who interviewed me seems a little unprofessional, maybe because it is just the first basic screening interview.
