Despite it being for a Senior FE role, the scoring criteria seemed to skew heavily towards leetcode-style challenges performance instead of more relevant FE experience and knowledge. The interviewer was 10 minutes late but they were very apologetic about it, we had difficulty communicating due to the language barrier. They asked me 1-2 questions about my experience and then proceeded to give me a medium/hard dp question. Managed to solve it within the first 10 minutes, but the interviewer was pushing for the optimal solution and we were just stuck with optimizing the solution for the rest of the interview. No additional time was given although it's pretty clear the interview started late.
