This was a refreshing process from start to finish. After submitting an unconventionally lighthearted application through their website, I was invited for a Life Story interview a week later. The interview was simply an informal get-to-know-you chat with a recruiter that lasted about 45 minutes. It's best to not prepare too much and just talk about yourself like you would with friends. A week later, I received a follow up email informing me that the process was taking a bit longer than expected; I really appreciated being kept in the loop as I was getting nervous about not hearing back. The following week I was invited in for an afternoon of meetings with a few of the team leads. Again, this was a very pleasant process - very relaxed, but this time we chatted a bit more about my experience and goals. I was offered the position two weeks later. The whole interview process took about 2 months and again, was very unique and refreshing! At no point, did I feel like I couldn't just be myself which I think allowed them to really gauge if I would be a good fit for their team.
