Overall, I got 4 interviews. The first 3 were talking with people who are from technical and HR. They are very nice people and mostly talked about my development experience and life story. I believe they were pretty interested in what I have been doing and also believe I can help in their team. Most of time I felt my experience really welcome. However during the pair programming interview in the last round I was scheduled to pair with 2 developers with different language experience from I work with, I did not finish coding within the amount of time I was given. I have provided design before I dived into coding as I have been working as develop lead, so I mostly provided design for other developers. I was called a couple of days after that by HR and told me my coding skill is not satisfied. During the interview process I enjoyed talking or working with the interviewer to solve problem. The only thing I want to complain about is if they really treat quick programming is the key feature, HR should schedule the pair programming as the first round. This would not waste any time on both sides.

I passed LRU cache coding in first interview I had four more interview. 1. pair coding again LRU cache I did what I did in previous one 2. system design I desinged staff level architectire 3. Technical deep dive I explained my current technical structure 4. life story he asked what we talked first screening I got rejected . Important part All I had interview was native speaker. None has accent.
