They begin with an app challenge that you must complete for the initial screening. It consisted of an order browser and you are required to create multiple views and sorting patterns. I was then given an interview with a recruiter; they asked me to tell them my "Life Story" (ie. what makes me tick, passions, interests, origins of interest in programming, experience). I didn't make it past here, but afterwards if selected, you will be given a technical interview with 2 developers where you can show off your product(s). Then they will give you a decisions based on all this.
