Really strange interview process, barely any technical, background, or skill assessments, I suppose they really want to assess cultural fit and personality.
Sometimes it felt extremely long and tedious between the sessions, while the interviews themselves were really nice, it felt like jumping through hoops.
It was overall a negative experience, no one actually assessed my background or past projects, and I was rejected because my background and past projects didn't align... very frustrating. It was literally a generic canned response that didn't apply to me after months of waiting.
I honestly think timing and the recruiter you get has a huge impact on your chances of success. No one's at fault here, they mostly likely get lots of applicants.
Interviewed with the hiring manager, really weird experience because it felt like an info session for me to ask questions. Whole thing was done in about 20 minutes with the guy being distracted by Slack messages.
It came off like they already filled the role before this interview

An unnecessarily long pre-interview process that requires an assessment test, a ridiculous survey with 100 questions, and 1 hour pointless life story, although easy, was annoyingly long and took away from the interview experience.
I applied, got the assessment the next day, and passed the assessment 100%. The HR contacted me roughly two weeks later for pair coding. first round assessment: the question varies --> second round pair coding: system design
