Received an invite to conduct a video interview with one of the recruiters, telling my 'life story'. We chatted for about 30 minutes just generally talking about my career history to date, what I had been doing etc. Received an email the next day telling me I wasn't successful. Not sure on what basis, just 'not a fit' apparently. Felt like a waste of time, I was obviously just being screened to make up the numbers or for the recruiter to hit his KPIs, as I had relevant job experience but this wasn't really brought up.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.
