      I was very happy with the interview process. I was quite afraid to go into these interview stages with some of the reviews I read on here about recruiters who were not really interested in you etc. However the recruiter I dealt with was so lovely! The first interview was the "Lifestory" interview I believe its called, this was via video chat on Google meets. The recruiter had already read my CV before interviewing me so was interested in my recent roles and what I currently do. I just had to explain my journey through my last two roles, I was also asked about any hobbies I do outside of work or anything I do towards my health and wellness. I also had the chance to ask questions. I was successful and got through to the technical interview. I thought I was well prepared for this seeing as a lot of the questions were repeatedly asked to other interviewees (when reading the reviews here on Glassdoor). However none of the questions that were asked in these past interviews were given to me, which is definitely okay because you do just need to rely on how resourceful you can be. This test was dealing with 2 chats simultaneously with a time limit of 15 minutes and 1 phone call. I was unable to get a final answer to the 2 chats as the time had run out, however I was able to engage with the customer, making small talk to give myself time to find the answer quickly. I was able to walk the customer through the steps in my own words, however with more questions firing in, I did need to keep searching for other resources etc. As long as you can engage well with the customer, I would also recommend sending a link of the resource through to both chats so that they can refer to this in the future esp if you arent able to complete the chat in 15 minutes because the time goes super fast. The phone call was the part I was most nervous about, however I feel I did well. Again, make small talk such as asking what they sell, how their day is , within the gaps that you need to make time to find the answers online - don't just be silent. Luckily this was something I already knew having previoiusly worked in a call centre. They are quite fast in terms of getting back to you about whether you are successful or not. I applied on a Wednesday night, had my first interview on the Friday, had my technical interview the following wednesday and then the day after I was given an offer.

      Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
