1. Submit my resume, cover letter, answer the questions, etc in English on the application website.
2. Got email within next business day about arranging eo minute chat,
3. Chatted with recruiter for my country, and then proceeded to schedule the Technical Interview. Chat was casual and fun!
4. To prepare for technical interview, I made a shop and read an FAQ, studied what I could. But there is a lot to setting up a store, and I knew I would not be able to read, nevermind learn everything.
5. The technical interview was over chat and done by emails sent to my personal email from the Support Advisor's Team Lead. They sent sample customer emails and I replied.
I thought the technical interview was HARD. I am used to this type of position of providing support to customers on how to use a system over email and phone, but this is quite a lot of information to sift through. I only had ten minutes per question, I needed to ensure I found the right article, and then make sure that I went beyond just "answering" the question and providing tips if there for the customer. It is really hard when you have not been trained, just self-studied. And the questions asked were very different from what others listed here, so don't count on those. I will still share mine.
