I did an initial phone interview. The description for the position was very vague and just said to apply if "you're passionate about design." The interviewer called 25 to 30 minutes late. During the interview I asked for a little more detail about the position and the interviewer wouldn't give any. I found this made the interview less successful as I didn't know what they were looking for at all. The interviewer also flat out asked what other companies I was applying to/interviewing at which I found invasive and unprofessional.
