First interview. I applied for cashier. I was quite but the interviewer walked me through it and was very nice! The whole interview lasted about ten minutes. She hired me on the spot and I worked there for three years before leaving for another job.

Common questions like tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, and situational problems, things like that. It wasn’t too hard but it makes you think on the spot. They were really nice.

They asked a lot about availability and covering shifts. Asked basic questions otherwise, like experience, strengths, weaknesses, and how I deal with conflict between coworkers or even with a customer - specifically a story about a time I dealt with conflict
