They do a simple interview over the phone, send a skills test, and then there's a personality assessment among one or more people in person. I'm not sure why, but I was told there would be a two week approximate wait time on a response after the in person interview, but they just never responded. I even asked for a follow up a couple of weeks later and still received nothing. Getting rejected is a very normal thing. Not responding is unprofessional and I'm not sure if that's a quality I would want in a company when working for them.
