I applied online and the next day HR calls me in for an interview. Over the phone the HR guy tells me to bring my social security card and id, immediately I knew I would be hired on the spot and should have seen this red flag. I go to customer service tell them Im here for interview and they send me over to pharmacy to wait with over ten other potential hires. I get called they ask me for my hours and they hire me. Its that simple. I wouldnt even call it and interview becasue it wasnt. Its so easy! If your one that doesnt like interviews like me you should consdier applying to shoprite. The most important thing when condisering when going in for an inerview is making sure you say custom,er service is everything, you are fliexible wioth your hours including weekends, and accept their drug and orientation date which is often the next day, Overall the hiring process is fast and easy, just remember your on probation for 60 days and 95% percent of them leave after three weeks. Its a crap job. If you stay longer than a month somethings wrong with you.
