Entrevista
Initial phone call said I'd interview with "Jackie", the head of the "division". I arrived a little early and the receptionist was nice and led me to a room to fill out an application. Despite having sent and brought my resume, they insist you still fill out the (redundant) application. Waiting room was ok but dominated by a large screen TV running a company loop. The entire office looked a bit makeshift.
Eventually a young woman (not the mythical Jackie) who was like a cheerleader in afftect took me into a very makeshift office to "interview" me. It was more like a sales presentation about the job. They call it event management but the events are actually sales demonstrations in various stores. Nothing wrong with that I guess but the story wasn't making much sense to me. She insisted it was not sales, you just need to be upbeat and greet people and "make friends". When I asked how the day is evaluated, she said it was by "what goes through the register". OK, to me that's sales. She knew nothing about my field and kept saying it was the same thing as they do, only doing it differently. OK, that's just not true. What they do bears no resemblance to my background.
She had a script with 3 major ponts that she kept hammering and no matter what the question, she brought it around to those 3 points. She was very enthusiastic and eager to tell how successful she's been and how anyone who works hard can be just like her. It was the first interview and apparently their procedure is to get you back for a second interview to "shadow" someone and do some unpaid work. She not only would not discuss compensation at all, she would not even acknowledge that pay is based on "sales" because it's supposedly not sales. Very circular and not interesting to me.
However, for someone just starting out who may need that first job so that they have that first experience for the resume it may be ok. Their hiring ads are very misleading. They indicate that experienced people are needed but no matter what your experience, everyone starts out the same. They use the categories of experience they're interested in as keywords. If you need a real job, run away from this "company" and save yourself time by reading about them first and reading reviews. I chose to opt out of the process as I found their recruiting techniques questionable, their ads misleading and the "interview" to be a sales pitch.

The biggest question she asked is whether I'm available to come back the next day to shadow someone. She was too busy selling me the on the company to ask me any real questions.

Entrevista
I received an initial phone call that was your typical phone screen. The first face to face interview was super quick (roughly 10 minutes) and left me with a lot of questions. The 2nd interview was at an event that was actually up and going, and I got to see that, hear about the company, the position, and ask all of my questions. The 3rd interview was back at the office, and that was my final interview. It covered my understanding of the company, some questions about myself, and ended with a 24 hour period to consider the job offer.

After the 2nd interview they asked me to email them back later that day with some answers to their questions. It gave me time to think about it, but it was a new twist to the standard interview process. They wanted to know what 3 things I could bring to their office that would make me stand out, as well as 3 things that motivated me about the opportunity they presented during the 2nd interview.
