I went through the recruiters, managers, & owners interviewing and even staged at one of their locations, just for them to ghost me! About 2 weeks later I called them to see why I hadn’t received any information or so much as a text or email. We scheduled yet another time to talk and they still never called!! Almost a month invested! I just wish a growing company like this would have the basic mutual respect to at least give me a no or any answer for that matter, I am actively searching for employment & every interaction is important since like everyone else I have bills to pay. Beware working with people like this they never have your best interests at heart. They requested transparency from the beginning, received it and then made a choice not to reciprocate. Not good.
