easy process, asked basic questions mangers were nice, location was easy to access first up was the phone screening, which went well. got called back for in-person interview with the managers. they were super nice and asked basic questions. no surprises. ..

I got a screening call from HR and then a video interview with a team member. I wasn't really asked any questions. He was generally friendly but it was a very unique interview experience. It could be a generational difference but the person I spoke with spent the first 30 minutes talking about knowing how to use excel (almost everyone knows how if you went to college and are under 40) We hardly talked about anything else. They also want you to come in person and take an excel test, unpaid of course. Not the most respectful of a candidates time, I asked if it could be done virtually and he asked me *why* I'm asking this... a company asking for an assessment so basic before hand is already iffy, then giving you slack about it is a red flag.
