I had an informal initial screening call with an internal recruiter, who was friendly and honest about the requirements of the role. Although the role wasn't quite the right fit it was a positive interview and left me with a good impression of the company.

Entrevista
Recruiter Phone Screen, Hiring Manager Phone Screen, Mock presentation, On Site Interview. The Mock presentation is the worst part. They provide you very little information and act as if it’s your time to shine and show skills. They are only looking for you to ‘play dumb’ with the client and bring nothing but questions to the table. No content. No suggestions. No examples. Just questions as if you have no experience, have never blue printed and having nothing to bring to the table. They will continue to struggle to film these roles with seasoned professions all if all they want is newbie mind readers. Really unfortunate waste of time and energy for someone currently employed.

Procedure stopgezet bij eerste sollicitatie na 2 telefoongesprekken en toezegging dat er een 3e zou komen, die er nooit kwam.
Maanden later gecontacteerd via Linkedin. Opnieuw 2 telefoongesprekken gehad, en dit keer geweigerd, wegens te weinig ervaring met enterprise klanten.
