Seamless process spread through 3 rounds. Co-ordinated and Conducted well. Initial was a brief phone discussion, followed by a face to face interview, further followed by final round to discuss specifics. The second round was a detailed interview, in which my skills and personality was discussed. It was more of a wonderful discussion rather than an interview of sorts.

I got a call from my senior informing about the opening. Following this an interview was scheduled and after 2 rounds I was selected for the job. The entire process was conducted via emails and personal interview sessions.
