The interview process moved quickly from Talent Aquisition screening call to the final stages within 2 weeks. The first stage interview was great. The hiring manager engaged with the interview with a conversational dialogue to discover my experience and skillsets. However, during the second stage, I was interviewed by another senior team member. She did not show her engagement with me by just asking some questions. It seemed that she had no intention to fully evaluate my experience and skillsets. I felt not repected as I have prepared for this interview. After waiting for 3 weeks, I got an official rejection email without any constructive feedback.
