The overall interview process is smooth and time efficient. There are two interviews in total. The first interview is via Skype. The second interview is via phone call. Just be prepared.

The interview process was structured into four stages. First, I submitted my CV and cover letter via email. After passing the initial screening, I was asked to complete a timed, one-hour written assessment, which required writing a two-page essay on a provided topic. The third stage was a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager and the final round was an interview with both the HR manager and the head of the firm.
