Very casual. The interviewer wanted to get to know me and my goals. Shared a lot about the company and the direction it is headed. There were no behavioral questions asked; it felt more like a conversation.

The process was one day during which I spoke with 6 different people. It lasted roughly 4 hours. Most of the people I spoke to were nice, polite, and asked basic questions. I spoke to the director of engineering last. He is a polite man but very intense.
