Interview was done in a friendly atmosphere. Initial questions were about work done, difficulties faced and how they were overcome. Later on questions were more open, mainly based upon software architecture decisions and validating the assumptions made.

Phone interview and then on site interview. The guy who interviewed me was a nice Indian. He asked me several technical questions. I answered them smoothly. Then the interview is done and I got the verbal offer in a few days.

Hiring process was very good. They had done a thorough background study on my profile and it helped that work was in nearly the same what I was doing in previous company. Interview process was very informal. At the beginning itself, the interviewer put me at ease by starting with my strong technical points
