My entire interview with Sia Partners was interesting, but very positive. I first applied to Senior Compliance Analyst role back in June 2024. First round with recruiter, then 2nd round with a senior consultant, 3rd round was a SQL test, and then the final round with an associate partner. Unfortunately, I didn't get that role, but another similar role opened up back in October 2024, which I applied for again. The recruiter recognized my name, and we had a quick call where she fast forwarded me straight to a final round (with the same associate partner). I ended up getting that one. Overall, the hiring process was very positive, and my only fault was that hiring back from the first time took about a month.
