The complete hiring and Interview process took place in the College. After arriving on side, I had to fill a formal application form. Few minutes later a English teacher (Expat) showed me the college, and gave first information about the workplace, while walking to the office of the foreign language department. Here a short , written, 15min. English test took place. After the test was completed, I had to make a 15min lecture (without preparation time) to teachers of the English department. Afterwards, a teacher showed me the way to the Vice President HR, where I the position was offered, and salary discussed.
