I first submitted my CV through e-mail and then had an interview with HR and took a test on my native language. A test consisted of multiple choices questions and a translation test. HR replied to my e-mail almost immediately and scheduled the interview.

I was referred by a friend of mine. I was e-mailed for an interview and a test. After that I got another email when I got asked to come for the training.
