Got called. Went in to talk to the hiring manager. Set up interview. Went in for that and they requested another interview with the director. I believe it was smooth process overall.

They were very nice and overall a really nice change from the usual management questions. Not formal panel they really want to know how you handle certain situations
I applied online and after a couple of days they emailed me for an interview via skype. They have set a particular date and time suitable to my schedule. They were so nice and polite.
