the interview started with a self-introduction, the boss was very friendly, I was initially very nervous, but he was very professional and manage to make me feel more comfortable in the interview. In the end, the interview becomes a conversation. The boss did not ask very difficult questions, instead, he asked for what I wanted to learn from the internship. Therefore I think as long as you demonstrate your willingness to learn, you should be fine.

I was asked about different ways I would approach different situations. I was asked to talk about myself. It was not stressful. I think that it wouldn't have been hard to pass the interview, I was unable only to continue with role as I couldn't fulfill location requirement.

Entrevista
The process begins when you receive an email from HR inviting you to a brief screening call. During this conversation, HR will ask about your anticipated graduation date, current enrollment or research status, and your long-term goals. Candidates who clear this initial stage are then passed along to the hiring manager for a deeper, role-specific technical interview.

The interview consisted entirely of a predetermined yes/no checklist—‘Have you used model XX? Read paper YY? Applied technique ZZ?’—with no follow-up or discussion of what I actually learned or built. It felt like something that could have been handled with a quick online questionnaire, rather than a live call. I would have appreciated a deeper conversation about how I used those tools in real projects.
