The recruitment process was pretty straightforward really. My application was progressed to the Hiring manager stage and an interview was setup with the substation project delivery heads. The interview lasted roughly an hour with fair easy questions.

Virtual interview with hiring manager and technical subject matter expert. Asked several technical questions about the manufacturing process at Siemens. Ask to prepare a ten minute presentation prior to the interview but never asked to see the presentation during the interview. Wasted my time.
