Extensive, thorough, long. I had an interview which lasted over 2 hours with many questions from a 3-man panel and then a technical test. The job I was interviewed for was not the job I applied for. I was informed that it consisted of only a 'competence' test. It was in fact a one hour interview of many scenario questions followed by a very industry -specific written technical test. I was interviewed for an X-ray engineer role in the South West rather than an MRI engineer role in South Central I had applied for (agency mix-up?). I was also informed it would be 2 weeks before they reviewed their decisions or followed up after initial interview. I never heard another thing from either the company nor the agency who sent me there
