Was in touch with two recruiters for the same position. I met one of them at the NSBE conference and had an interview at the conference. The other phone contacted me through email to schedule an interview. Both were introductory and of the same nature. They said they would be scheduling interviews but never did. Its been one and a half months since. I tried using the same link I use to schedule an interview. The interviewer had the time to respond with "Just a heads up, I am unavailable during the time slot you picked", but never had the time to update me regarding the status of my application.
Why do they waste people's time like this? Terrible.

The process was divided into 2 sub-interviews. The first one was about the front-end and the second one was about the back-end. The whole thing took about three hours. In the first part, questions/tasks were about javascript and react. The second part was about questions/tasks related to java, sql, hibernate.

Applied online througha job portal for a role in bangalore. The first round was conducted by another consutancy where he was having an accent over the questions which made me ask the same questions over and over again,didnt know how to use their own interview application where the microphone voice of mine was echoing from his device back to my headphones,which he ignored even after telling him to mute while im speaking...had the worst headches post interview,even while answering ,stops me midway and tells another question even though i didnt coplete speaking ,if this is what you call an interview then i wish you best of luck in hiring quality coz its quantity you have siemens
