After submitting the application, you have to sit through two SHL tests, the verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning tests. Upon passing those, there's a few more review stages where they review your application and see if they want to pass you through to the interviews. The telephone interview is all about your competencies/ experiences/ why you want to work in this particular division in Siemens/ Siemens as a whole, so make sure you cover those.
