Terrible communication! Hiring manager called me at 9:30pm in March 2015 and without identifying the position, he asked if I was interested in discussing it right then. I thought it was a scam, at first. I was in shock that a Director from Siemens would call so late at night and try to impromptu interview me. The very abrupt interview went well enough that I was invited yo the Norcross, GA office for a panel interview. Two different Siemens recruiters sent me an email regarding scheduling the interview date & time. They did not ever respond to questions asked about the position. When I emailed the Director to get answers, he told me to ask the Recruiters, after I already explained that they were unresponsive. When I arrived at the interview in Norcross, I was asked where my presentation was. The Director said that the Recruiters were supposed to send me instructions to prepare a presentation for the interview. Overall, it was by far the worst interview experience in my 15 years of experience.
