After the screening call, I was quickly invited to a technical interview, then asked for references, and finally invited to the final interview. However, just a few hours before the scheduled meeting, the interview was canceled due to the manager’s urgent commitments, with a promise to reschedule. After a month of waiting, I reached out for feedback. Two weeks later, I was told the process had been paused but had since resumed, and they would be in touch. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Four months later, I received an automatic email saying the company had chosen another candidate.
