The interview starts with a conversation with the recruiter around basic job information and then moves Over to the hiring manager for a technical evaluation. In my case, the hiring manager (SE manager out of israel) said upfront after being 5 minutes late that we also had to finish early. I was also told about a debrief but instead received an automated rejection email. Not really what we discussed during the call, but I get it if they don't see me as a fit.
