First they conducted a phone interview in which there were some basic questions regarding what made me a good candidate for the role. Then after this phone interview there was a skype interview with some potential site directors I could work with. It was more so they could get a feel for who I was, my work ethic and where I was in my life and in my faith. In essence, you need to know how to describe yourself before you should apply here. Other wise you'll just be bumbling around with explaining who you are and what you believe!
