I was arranged for a short call with the team to clarify the background, requirement, and culture fit. They shared about their company and I had to share them about my self as well, The interview was 40 minutes and it was good.
After 2 days I received the email that they very impressed my skills and background but they have decided to move toward with other candidates???. I was disappointed but I still sent them an email to show them my respect and thanks to them. However I didn't receive any response from them, then I realize that this is not the culture I'm looking for.

Entrevista
Lots and lots of interview. They are trying to get a super computer. They will talk gently to you and at the end they will say NO to you very gentle. I don't know why every individual of their organisation will take your interview.

Very good process. Really liked recruiter. Very strong business knowledge. Knew what to ask about my skills and background. Knew recruiter had talked to manager and knew what experience needed.
