First contact started with a phone call that was very emotional since they wanted to know about my spiritual journey. The interview on sight lasted roughly 6-8 hours. Everyone was welcoming and it felt like I already fit in like a puzzle piece... which made the rejection hurt more when I didn't get the position. They really wanted the person hired to also be a spiritual leader for the costume team and I guess the other candidate fit that role more.
