Read the other reviews. Time wasters. A Jr. interviewer showed up along with the TL. No Intro. No small talk. Dive in. Basically, they are just not interested in your background - Red flag. The TL would just be typing/working away in the background. Doesn't engage in any conversation nor is interested in what you are doing. The Jr. Engineer is leading this call - Red flag. When asked questions about the company, the Jr. would engage the otherwise distant TL. Tells you more about the company culture where your TL is oblivious to the entire process. Yikes! Pure time waste!
