Worst interviewer ever. This companies Lead Data Scientists have no skills about Data Science. They just want to hear the definition of data science algorithms rather than the explanation and working of the models. They don't want to hire people with knowledge about Data Science as it can be than difficult for them to manipulate the their seniors or maybe the clients. In the entire interview he asked me questions about my projects which I explained him properly. Then he asked me questions related to projects like what features you took and all and when I explained about the features we took than he was interupting and giving suggestions without any logic. And then at last when he asked me that is there anything you want to ask, then I asked him that if he was in my place than what all features would he had taken for the problem we discussed and to my surprise he was telling about the features which I have already told him earlier and when I told him that I also said the same, then he was like I am the interviewer not you. This was something which I was not expecting from the person with so many years of experience. Just because he is taking the interview he thinks he is right. Thats why he is in the same company for more than 5 years and don't want people with knowledge to work under him. Thats why I can say anyone working under him is either a fresher or the ones with no Data Science experience. Please review you panels taking the interview and see if they are eligible enough to take interviews. Its a request to the company please take professionals with knowledge and experience not only experience.
