Very good interview processes..... HR will encourage the candidates before attend the interview ....Give some positive thinking to the candidates .....Give good introductions .....Give tea coffee to the candidates .....give opportunity to candidates usually ....

aptitude test and then technical interview.they were pretty easy and they took two weeks to call me back. Aptitude test had very basic questions like just math. Technical also had basic questions about projects u have done and about basic electrical components like pampas,inductors and capacitors.
