I applied online for a cargo handler position and about 2 days later was sent an email to schedule a phone interview. I set the date and time and was told I'd get a call from an Orlando area phone number. The scheduled day and time came and went. I was never contacted for the interview or given an explanation as to what happened. Just a very disappointing experience.

Communication is heavily lacking, probably because they're headquartered in Florida and need to hold phone interviews with people all over the country. Just be patient, wake up early every day and keep your ringtone turned on, and reach out to them again if your first interview doesn't happen when it's supposed to. It's worth the patience, in my opinion.
