I had phone interview, then i meet with the manager and then i had a day of observation of the company and what i would be doing one daily basis. they were very open and inviting and let me in. i learned about them as they did about me. I was very impressed.

Entrevista
All candidates go through a three interview process. The first interview is with the management to go over details and compensation. The second interview is about an hour long. Each candidate gets the opportunity to meet the staff and see our marketing program. The third interview is to finalize details with the management and make a decision whether or not they are hired.
